Bunn family photograph - Margaret (Wilson) Bunn

Margaret (Wilson) Bunn (1833-1898) was the mother of Marion Harley Bunn who married into the Smiley family. Margaret was born in Glasgow, Scotland, arrived in Victoria with her family aboard the Earl of Eglington sailing ship in 1854 and married Henry Alfred Bunn in 1860, living mainly in St Kilda. Margaret and Henry had 7 sons and 3 daughters and established a tradition of family gatherings. Margaret died at St Kilda in 1898 when aged 65.
